The City is currently updating its Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan and we need your help to shape the City’s health and wellbeing priorities for the next three years.
Please join us at a workshop that will explore the health and wellbeing priorities for the Greater Geelong community. The workshops will include priorities such as access to safe and healthy food, preventing family violence, improving social connections and mental wellbeing and increasing physical activity.
You will have the opportunity to tell us know how you think the City can best respond to these priorities in your local area.
The workshops will be delivered at four locations, the details are as follows:
- Session 1: Tuesday 8 May 2018 between 6:30pm and 8:00pm at The Potato Shed (Multi-purpose Room), Drysdale
- Session 2: Wednesday 9 May 2018 between 9:30am and 11:00am at the Norlane Community Centre (Tai Chi Room), Norlane
- Session 3: Thursday 17 May 2018 between 9:30am and 11:00amat the Barrabool Hills Centre, Highton
- Session 4: Thursday 17 May 2018 bewteen 2:00pm and 3:30pm at the Eastern Hub (Connor Room), East Geelong
