Swim Sport & Leisure centres offer a variety of classes to suit all fitness needs. Improve fitness, muscle strength and tone, burn calories, have fun and make new friends.
The minimum age to participate in classes is 12 years (except for children/student programs) and there is no maximum age.
At the start of the class please advise the instructor if you are new, pre/post natal, returning from injury or illness or if you have any questions. The instructor can then provide appropriate alternatives so that you can work at a pace that you feel comfortable with.
