Report a fire plug issue

You can report an issue with a fire plug by following these steps.

You will need to:

  • select the relevant fire plug/hydrant issue:

    • post damaged
    • missing steel cap
    • missing post reflector
    • missing pavement marker
  • advise the location of the fire plug/hydrant/marker.

   If a water main, fire plug or hydrant is leaking, report the fault to Barwon Water.
