Bus or train
Geelong has an extensive public transport network comprised of buses and trains.
Public transport across the state is managed by Public Transport Victoria (PTV). PTV's website is a 'one-stop-shop' for information regarding bus and train services. Here you can plan your journey and find out about bus and train fares and timetables for the Greater Geelong region.
The Geelong Railway Station serves passengers travelling by train or bus to and from the following locations:

All bus and train travel across Geelong will require a MyKi card.
Train
Geelong's train service is operated by V/Line, with regular services between Geelong and Melbourne.
There are also daily services between Geelong and Warrnambool.
Train is also a great way to travel within Geelong with stations at and regular services between Lara, Corio, North Shore, North Geelong, South Geelong, Marshall and Waurn Ponds.
Buses
The main terminal for buses are at the Geelong Railway Station and the Moorabool Street Bus Interchange, between Ryrie Street and Malop Street.
