Drysdale Town Centre Urban Design Framework

Council adopted the Drysdale Town Centre Urban Design Framework in August 2012. The Framework provides guidance on the future growth and development of the Town Centre. It includes directions on built form, traffic and pedestrian movement, car parking and land use.

Amendment C283 to the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme implemented the recommendations of the Framework. This came into effect in November 2014.
