Planning strategies - what are they?
Planning strategies set out key principles, objectives and actions for achieving desirable landuse planning outcomes.
Strategies may relate to the environment, heritage conservation, urban design, urban growth, retail, industry, recreation, transport, vegetation etc.
Planning strategies are implemented through the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme.
