Geelong Port Structure Plan 2007

The Geelong Port Structure Plan was developed to guide future use and development of land in and adjacent to the Port of Geelong.

The Structure Plan was adopted by Council on 23 October 2007. The Structure Plan is not included in the Planning Scheme. Prior to initiating an amendment, Council was awaiting the findings of the Ports and Environs Advisory Committee appointed by the Minister for Planning.

This work has overtaken much of the work in the Port Structure Plan and at this time, Council is not proposing to commence a planning scheme amendment process.
