You can cancel or temporarily suspend your Swim Sport & Leisure membership at any time.

  • Standard suspension should be completed via the Member Portal.
  • A medical suspension should be submitted with relevant paperwork below.
  • All cancellations MUST be submitted using the button below.

All terms and conditions have been created to ensure the safety and enjoyment of patrons at all times. These also ensure fair and equitable conditions for all using our centres.

Note: This information relates to a Swim Sport & Leisure membership. To suspend or cancel a Webstar's Swim School membership, select the relevant centre to complete an online form.
