From Friday 23 April 2021, all visitors, including members are required to check-in upon arrival.
In line with the State Government regulations, our centres are
required to use the Victorian Government QR Service. This system will allow us
to assist the Victorian Department of Health contract tracing team to best
protect our community.
To check-in, use your smartphone and simply scan your camera over
the QR code upon arrival and follow the prompts. You’ll be required to enter
your name and phone number.
If you have difficulty checking-in or do not have a smartphone,
please see our staff who will be able to assist you.
All check-in data is housed in secure databases managed by Service
Victoria, the Victorian Government’s online hub for transacting with
government. Unless Department of Health contact tracers request data for COVID-19 contact
tracing purposes, it is automatically deleted after 28 days.
