Our state-of-the-art gym spaces offer a modern range of free weights, pin-loaded machines, cardio, strength, TRX suspension, functional training and stretching areas.

EVOLT Body Scans and personalised programs are included free in full access memberships and we recommend these as an accurate measure of progress and optimal health.

Member experience

All members receive an initial health and fitness assessment with a fully qualified Gym Trainer to determine needs and goals for a personalised gym program. Re-assessments are available anytime free of charge and are a great way to stay accountable.

Qualified staff

Our gyms are supervised by fully qualified Gym Trainers. They not only make you feel welcome but will guide you through free health assessments, personalised programs and best gym practice at any time.

Cardio

Better training equipment means you’ll have access to the latest machines for cardio exercise, including treadmills, cross-trainers, ellipticals, rowing machines, ski-ergs and stationary bikes, including Airdyne bikes.

Expresso bike

The Expresso Bike is a powerful motivator for all fitness levels, Expresso Bikes keeps exercisers engaged, improving and loyal. Challenges bring the community together working towards a common goal. *Available at selected centres only.

Functional training zone

Functional training provides you with the strength, stability, mobility, endurance and flexibility required to get the most out of your fitness goals safely and with good form, including kettlebell and suspension.

MOTIVATE30

We run daily 30-minute small group training sessions on the gym floor for our members. Our qualified Gym Trainers will motivate you to challenge yourself, and reach goals, 30 minutes at a time. Included in your membership this is amazing value!

LiveWell

Health & Fitness Program for ages 55+. Work at your own pace to a personalised gym program, conducted in a supervised and friendly group environment.
