School holiday program - child care subsidy, fees and payment

We are an approved child care subsidy service provider

Child care subsidy

The Department of Human Services administers and is responsible for payment of the child care subsidy across all Australian approved service types.

A customer reference number (CRN) is required for both you and your child (separate numbers). The CRN is created by the Department of Human Services, for more information contact on 136 150 (8:00am to 8:00pm).

Your child must meet the government's immunisation requirements for your family to be eligible for child care subsidy.

Please contact the Department of Human Services to advise of changes in circumstances that may affect your entitlement such as:

  • changes in income
  • parenting arrangements
  • school age status
  • child commencing or leaving care.

If using more than one service, please nominate how many of the eligible hours will be claimed at each service. Siblings in care and/or other services used are to be recorded on the record of care as it occurs.

All families must register their details via MyGov. For information on the new child care package please visit New Child Care Package - transition for families on the Department of Education and Training website.

The  cost for a centre based day from July 2019 is $74.80 per child per day. Excursion charges are additional. Daily fees can be reduced by applying for the child care subsidy.
