We have a Street and Public Place Lighting Policy that we adhere to.
When you request a residential street light, you will need to:
Report a street lighting issue
- describe the issue
- advise the location of where the new street light is required - you may wish to select the address by dragging the map marker
- attach an image, if available and
if you would like feedback, tell us:
- your name
- your address
- your contact email or phone
There is a three month minimum timeframe for assessing requests and it can take up to six months for new lights, if approved by Council, to be installed by Powercor.
