You can request a new residential street light.
Before submitting a request, please read our Public Street Lighting Policy to make sure that your request meets the conditions that we adhere to.
When you request a residential street light, you will need to:
- describe the issue
- advise the location of where the new street light is required - you may wish to select the address by dragging the map marker
- attach an image, if available and

Report a street lighting issue
There is a three month minimum timeframe for assessing requests. If approved, it can take up to six months for new lights to be installed by Powercor.
