Request a new residential street light

Our Customer Service Team can help you to request a new residential street light.

We have a Street and Public Place Lighting Policy that we adhere to.

When you request a residential street light, you will need to:

  • describe the issue
  • advise the location of where the new street light is required - you may wish to select the address by dragging the map marker
  • attach an image, if available and
  • if you would like feedback, tell us:
    • your name
    • your address
    • your contact email or phone

Report a street lighting issue

There is a three month minimum timeframe for assessing requests and it can take up to six months for new lights, if approved by Council, to be installed by Powercor.
