You will let us know:

• the road surface
• the road issue
• the exact location of the issue - you may prefer to select the address by dragging the map marker and
• if you would like feedback (this also helps us to confirm any issues like locating the problem):
  • your name
  • your contact details

Once you report the issue, one of our officers will investigate and assess the situation and arrange appropriate action.

We may need to refer your issue to another authority such as VicRoads for attention.
