Your application for a retrospective pensioner rates rebate can be done in person at any of our Customer Service Centres.
You will need to:

visit one of our Customer Service Centres so that our staff can assist in completing an application form on your behalf

provide:

a signed letter explaining your circumstances (reason(s) why you are only now making the Claim)

your pension card for verification purposes

any other supporting documentation.
Your claim will be sent away to the relevant State Government Department for processing and you will be advised of the outcome in due course.
