Query an unprocessed rate payment

To investigate your query we will need information provided to us in writing so that we can investigate your payment.

The information we need from you includes:

  • your receipt number

  • how you made your payment (online, phone, in person etc

  • when you made your payment

  • the cheque details if paid by cheque (that is: the number, date and amount).

We will investigate and advise you of the result.
