Rates payments - what happens if I overpay?
You can choose one of two options:
request a refund - this will take an estimate of 5 working days to process
leave the credit on your rate account and it will be deducted from the next years rates.
Rating Strategy - what is it?
The Rating Strategy is a document that details the policy and practices we use in determining rates. The Strategy was adopted on 28 June 2019.
