Debtor invoices

The direct debit payment option works in the following way:

  • For your January statement the amount of your account would be debited from your bank account on the last business day of February

This allows you 30 days to pay on your invoice/statement.

Download a direct debit form for your debtor account or call our Customer Contact Centre to request one by post.

Aquatic Centre accounts/memberships

Our Aquatics area conducts direct debits on both credit cards and cheque/savings accounts.
