This is a register of planning applications received and includes information about the location, dates, changes and decisions.

To view the planning register you'll need to read and agree to the following conditions of use.

You will not use the information in any manner other than for the sole purpose of engaging in the planning process. This includes any use that may be an interference with the privacy of an individual, such as facilitating direct marketing to a property where an entry for that property does not show consent to receive direct marketing at that address.

About the planning register

Under section 49 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 the responsible authority must keep a register containing the prescribed information of:

  1. all applications for permits; and
  2. all decisions and determinations relating to permits.

In addition to the Planning and Environment Act, Council as the responsible authority must comply with the requirements of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014, which applies to personal information held on the responsible authority’s public register.
