Combination of district playground and nature reserve. Kingston Park is 12.5 hectares and has been carefully designed to fit into its natural bushland setting, which is home to the rare Bellarine Yellow Gum.

The playground incorporates elements that fit a ‘landscape as playground’ theme. With a centrepiece consisting of a six-metre high central tower and two slides, the playground features both passive and active play areas, as well as inclusive spaces for use by children of all abilities. The design also incorporates elements referencing local flora and fauna, and these are explained in story posts throughout the landscaping.
