Join a volunteer group or network and help protect our precious nature reserves for future generations.
There are many active nature volunteer groups in the Greater Geelong area, each with a slightly different focus. Each group runs their own community activities, which include:
- planting days
- weeding and clean up events
- nature walks
- wildlife surveys
- guest speakers
- movie nights and much more.
When deciding what type of group you want to join, think about your passions and interests, how much time you have to contribute to the group and how far you're willing to travel.
