Help for Non-English Speaking People

The Geelong region is increasingly multicultural; home to people from many countries, cultures and backgrounds.

It can be difficult for non-English speaking people to find out about council services. We want to reduce the barriers to information and make our programs and services accessible to everyone.

We have a free phone interpreting service for people who need help to find out about our services. Instructions about how to use the free service are available in 20 languages.

So if you know someone who needs language help for City of Greater Geelong services, please point them to the other languages section of our website.
