Register to use Online Services

User registration is required to access certain online services.

Registration ensures that we can correctly identify who you are and provide you with correct information regarding your requests.

We need to know:

  • your name or your company name
  • your email address
  • your postal address
  • the user name you would like to be known by
  • what user category you would be
  • what payment method you would employ when payment is required online.

To enable full registration, please allow at least two working days from completion of the registration form for processing. We process registrations during business hours from 8:00am through to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday.

This turnaround is to ensure that your details are accurate and complete, and that you can access correct information relating to your privacy.

You will receive a confirmation email once registration has been activated.

Land Information Certificate applicants please note:

  • You must regularly apply for 40+ land information certificates per month to be eligible to register for online services.
