Group Exercise

We have over 220 classes and huge range to keep you coming back for more.

Stay motivated as you work out with others in classes, such as Les Mills BODYPUMP®, BODYATTACK®, Crank, Aqua Aerobics, Yoga, BODYBALANCE® and Pilates.




Safety

  • Prior to class commencement, inform the instructor if you are a new participant, pre/post natal, returning from injury, illness or absence or have any questions.
  • Ensure that you arrive on time to set up and stay for the duration of the class - we suggest arriving 5 minutes early. Entry will not be permitted beyond the start time of each class.
  • We do not allow children under the age of 12 years in group exercise rooms (except for children’s programs).
  • We do not allow children under the age of 12 years to participate in Aqua Aerobic classes.
  • Please bring a towel and water to each class. Wear appropriate clothing and enclosed footwear. We highly recommend the use of your own mat for yoga and Pilates classes.

BODYATTACK

A Les Mills high intensity interval workout, with athletic moves and motivating music. This class burns calories at an alarming rate and will leave you feeling invigorated.

BODYBALANCE

A Les Mills blend of Yoga, Tai  Chi and Pilates to ‘balance’ the mind and body. Great for muscle toning and stretching.

BODYCOMBAT

A Les Mills powerful cardio workout incorporating a mix of kickboxing, Tai Chi, karate and self defense. It will leave you feeling strong, confident, energized and ready to take on any challenge.


BODYPUMP

A Les Mills non impact class designed to give your body a complete muscle toning and strength endurance workout using barbells and weights.

Boxing Circuit

Offers a range of boxing style routines with the use of boxing gloves and focus pads.


Circuit

An ideal class for developing all round fitness. Basic set up, yet challenging class that combines strength work and aerobic conditioning using various equipment (ie. free weights, bikes). Some timetabled circuit classes are designed with a specific format focus that incorporate additional exercises and equipment.


Crank

An indoor cycle class that moves you through different speeds, resistance levels and positions on the bike. This class will get the heart pumping and the calories burning, without the need to think about complex exercise routines.


CRANK Sprint (E)

It is a 30 minute high intensity, short rests, calorie burner indoor cycle class that moves you through different speeds, resistance levels and positions on the bike. (E) = express 30 minutes class.


CXWORX (E)

A Les Mills 30 minute class using body weight and tubes to tighten and tone the core. (E) = express 30 minutes class.


Low Impact

This class is designed to eliminate jumping and jarring movements, whilst still providing aerobic fitness and calorie consumption.


Meta Fit (E)

Metafit is a 30 minute group exercise class, high intensity interval training system that uses your bodyweight for an effective, functional time efficient, whole body workout with no choreography or dance move! (E) = express 30 minutes class.


Pilates

Designed to develop your core abdominal and postural muscles and improve your flexibility. Movements focus on the principals of control,
concentration, precision and flow to enable a strong connection with mind and body (Note: Not suitable for patrons with chronic back problems or pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester, who have no history in Pilates participation. Please refer to a Pilate’s studio for a specialised program). Please bring your own mat or towel.


RPM

A Les Mills indoor cycling workout where you take
on the terrain of hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. The ultimate fat burning and fitness experience to powerful music! (Waterworld only)


Strength & Tone

A low impact class using light - moderate weights and simple moves to improve overall body strength and tone.


Tabata

Tabata training is a high intensity interval training formula that will get your heart pumping, with periods of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. (E) = express 30 minutes class.

Yoga

Designed for whole mind and body fitness while relieving stress, tension and improving strength. Simple Poses focus on breathing, meditation, muscle endurance and flexibility. Please bring your own mat or towel. 


Zumba Gold

ZUMBA Gold is a modification to ZUMBA fitness, it contains the Zumba formula (same Latin based music and dance moves) but it is much slower, low impact and easy to follow, targeted and promoted to the older adults and beginners (Waterworld only).
