We have implemented a range of measures to protect your health and the health of our community care workers.
We would encourage you to be vaccinated and are encouraging our workers to get vaccinated too against COVID-19.

Your service will continue. If you are feeling unwell, it is essential you call our team on 03 5272 4677 before our community care workers visit your home.

Home Care Package Services
Your Home Care Package service will continue. However, if you are feeling unwell it is essential you call your Care Manager before our community care workers visit your home.

Changes to Care Manager appointments
- Care Managers will avoid in-home visits unless required, instead using the phone to stay in touch
- Your Care Manager remains your first contact for any Home Care services
- Your Care Manager will be available during business hours

Food services delivery / Meals on Wheels
Your Meals on Wheels service continue to operate. However, as the situation develops, your usual delivery time or delivery person may change.

- All meals will be bagged so they can be handed to you
Amending your Meals on Wheels service
You can contact the Food Services Office on 03 5272 4679 to make the following changes:
- temporarily increase/ decrease your meals
- minimise contact by receiving all your meals on one day
- update your food exclusions (based on allergies only).
When you are feeling unwell
Remember that most people with symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat or tiredness are likely suffering from a cold or other respiratory illness – not coronavirus.
