Healthy at Home toolkit is now available in a printed booklet for residents to
find advice on how to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The Healthy at
Home online resource hub has been hugely popular with more than 1,200 web users
and over 350 downloads of the online resources since it launched on 17 April.
Now a selection
of popular resources have been transformed into a printed booklet for those who
are unable to access the toolkit’s online hub.

- How to maintain mental health and wellbeing while working from home, coping with stress, and sleeping well;
- Meal planning tools and healthy recipes;
- Workouts and tips for staying active at home; and
- Family activities and relationship advice.
is a key element in promoting healthy eating and supporting an active lifestyle
as outlined in the Council Plan.
The City will also
include 200 copies of the booklet in care packages being delivered to
vulnerable families across the region throughout September and October.
