Regular hirers of our City-managed halls may request their own personal access to the hire facility.
Eligibility and conditions
Regular hirers who have hired our halls for a minimum of six months may request their own access pass, meaning they will no longer be required to collect and return to customer service.
Some halls are accessed by key, some require a swipe card and others require a small swipe token. This will be determined by the receiving officer of your request.
Each eligible regular hirer may request one access at no cost, however there will be a charge for each additional access pass thereafter. Cost will depend on the type of access required for that venue.
