The Artists & Creatives Professional Development
Grants support local artists and creatives to develop their creative skills,
business skills and professional practice.
Grant amount
Grants of up to $2,000 are available (subject to budget limitations).
Who should apply?
Professional artists, volunteer community arts or heritage workers who reside permanently within the Greater Geelong municipality. Individuals may apply to finance selected professional and skill development activities including, but not limited to reimbursement of travel costs or registration fees for:
- short courses, including arts related business courses
- work placements
- masterclasses
- workshops
- conferences
- arts residencies
- internships for example at a festival or an arts organisation
- structured mentoring
