The City launched it's inaugural Gender Equality Action Plan on 19 September 2022.
The plan was submitted to the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector on 31 March 2022 and approved in July 2022.
The plan was endorsed by our executive and marks a genuine commitment to improving gender equality across our workforce and the ways in which we design and implement our policies, programs and services.
