Book a Group Tour of Geelong Botanic Gardens

Geelong Botanic Gardens can deliver group tours.

Guided tours for groups are provided by the Friends of Geelong Botanic Gardens.  Specialist tours for Horticulturists and Educational Institutions are provided by the gardens team.

Tours run every Wednesday at 11:00am and Sunday at 2:00pm.  Groups need to book tours via the Friends office.

'Discovery Walks' are themed tours - the program is available on the Friends website or contact the Friends to book a tour.

Geelong Botanic Gardens - Are the Gardens wheelchair and pram friendly?

Arriving by car

 There is a disabled carpark at the entrance to the gardens on Eastern Park Circuit near the Podbury Drive intersection. There is a ramp to access the main entrance gate.

Garden paths

People in wheelchairs or pushing prams can access some parts of the gardens. Some paths are asphalt and relatively flat.

Other paths are not as accessible as they have steps and gravel surfaces.
