The Black Shed Project is Geelong's first renewable energy and energy efficiency demonstration site. A place where the Geelong community can learn about new technologies that save money, cut carbon emissions and create local jobs.
The project showcases the latest residential and commercial renewable energy technologies, providing the community with access to information, technical experts, and the opportunity to see and feel working products.
The Black Shed Project showcases products and technologies including solar, energy storage, ventilation, lighting, insulation, hot water, heating and cooling.
There’s also a Mystery Box where local product or service providers can showcase special offers, discounts, classes and advice.
