CitySwitch Green Office program is a high-value no-cost service which supports commercial office tenants and building owners to improve office energy and waste efficiency.
We encourage Geelong commercial building owners, managers and/or commercial tenants to sign up to the City Switch Green Office program.
Owners, managers and tenants of commercial buildings within our municipal boundaries are eligible to participate.
Your role in the program
Supported by the CitySwitch program manager you will commit and gather information relating to the current business situation relating to energy efficiency and waste.
A plan is then created to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and building a business case.
Connections to potential support and funding will be highlighted and annual evaluation of will tell the story of your success.
With the ultimate aim of achieving a 4 star or higher NABERS Energy rating, your commitment will be rewarded with access to education and training via events, toolkits and case studies that will assist in developing a plan to reduce the emissions of your business and building.
As a CitySwitch signatory, you can significantly reduce the carbon pollution your office produces by improving office energy and waste efficiency.
By joining, your organisation can demonstrate and promote its commitment to environmental sustainability.
