    Facilitates the transition to a circular economy in Australia.
  2. Australian Renewable Energy Agency
    Funds innovation and shares knowledge, accelerating Australia's shift to a renewable energy future.

  4. Circular Economy Victoria
    Bringing people together to catalyse Victoria's transition to a more circular economy.
  5. City of Greater Geelong
    Offers cleantech and circular economy grants to clever and creative organisations to start cleantech and circular economy demonstration projects in our region.
  6. CitySwitch
    Helps office-based businesses to improve their energy and waste efficiency.
  7. Clean Energy Council
    Is the peak body for the clean energy industry in Australia.
  8. Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC)
    This organisation provides financing solutions for renewable energy, low-emission technology and energy efficiency.
  9. Climate Active - Climate Active certification is awarded to organisations that have credibly reached a state of carbon neutrality - based on an agreed emissions boundary for a specific certification type. To become carbon neutral, businesses and organisations calculate the greenhouse gas emissions generated by their activity, such as fuel or electricity use and travel. They reduce these emissions as much as possible by investing in new technology or changing the way they operate.  Any remaining emissions can be 'cancelled out' by purchasing carbon offsets. Climate Active certification is available for organisations (business operations), products, services, events, precincts and buildings.

  11. Energy Efficiency Council
    Is the peak body for energy efficiency, cogeneration and demand management in Australia. It is a not-for-profit membership association.
  12. Environmental Upgrade Finance
    City of Greater Geelong offers Environmental Upgrade Finance to assist Greater Geelong businesses save money and improve their environmental performance. 
  13. Geelong ClimateLaunchpad 2023
    Supports locally based innovators and entrepreneurs to access a mentoring program facilitated by Climate-KIC Australia. Structured as a competition, ClimateLaunchpad provides training, mentoring and pitching opportunities at a state, national and global level to help participants grow their concept into a sustainable business. Support is provided to early-stage start-ups in the cleantech, circular economy, ag-tech, environmental or climate impact fields.

  15. Green Building Council of Australia
    Established in 2002, the Green Building Council of Australia's purpose is to lead the sustainable transformation of the built environment.

    A local one stop shop for commercial buildings and householders looking for energy efficient products, in North Geelong.
  17. Regional Innovation for a Circular Economy (RICE) - Geelong Chamber
    Connecting like minded businesses and people to catalyse the circular economy in the Barwon South West.
  18. Solar Victoria - Solar for Business Program
    Rebates of up to $3,500 and interest free loans, are currently available to eligible businesses looking to install solar panels to help reduce their energy costs. Applications close 1st June 2024 or until allocations are exhausted.  
  19. Sustainability Victoria
    Provides support and funding to identify and implement energy and material efficiency improvements, and circular economy initiatives. 
  20. Victorian Energy Upgrades program
    A Department for Environment, Land, Water and Planning program, which helps businesses and households cut power bills and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, by providing access to discounted energy-efficient products and services.
