Request a new footpath

You will need to contact us for any requests to have a new footpath installed.

Before lodging a request, please read about new footpaths.

When you request a new footpath (where none exists) you will need to:

  • advise the location where the new footpath is requested - you may prefer to select the address by dragging the map marker
  • tell us if you live at this location
  • provide contact information 

Request a new footpath (where none exists)

We will record your request in our Footpath Customer Commitments Register and complete an assessment to prioritise the request.  You will be contacted in due course.

Alternatively, you may wish to speak with our Customer Service Team.

Please be aware that there are currently over 350 requested streets for construction so delays in delivery of footpaths are expected.
