To register your temporary food premises, you will need to make application under the Food Act and you may have to pay a fee.
To sell food or drinks to the public from a temporary site - like a marquee, you will need to make application through the state wide data base called FoodTrader.
If you are a community group who is fundraising or a food business operating at an event you will be required to notify or register your temporary event or activity with us.

If you are a business that operates out of a fixed address but want to attend events or trade off site you also can make application through FoodTrader.
