List your event

Our events calendar is a great way to market your event for free!

We allow for members of the public to submit their events to us to be listed within our events calendar.

  • An event is any organized activity that draws more people than typically found at a location, whether it’s an open area, facility, venue, road, or temporary structure. 
  • Submissions are subject to approval by the City of Greater Geelong prior to publication.
  • Submissions that are better suited to our community directory (like ongoing community programs) will be declined. 
  • Only events staged within the City of Greater Geelong's municipality will be listed.
  • Please allow minimum of two working weeks before your event live date to register your listing.
  • In busy periods, the City of Greater Geelong may need to restrict the number of events listings published and reserves the right to cease taking listing requests for a period of time.

Adding your listing

To list your event in our events calendar you must have a have a myGeelong account.

If you have a myGeelong account, you can login to your account and go to the events calendar area to add your new listing.

Managing your listings

You can manage your listings from the events calendar tile on your myGeelong homepage or within the events calendar area of myGeelong.
