Staff roles and contact list

It's important for everyone to understand their roles and responsibilities at your event. This includes your staff as well as contractors and third-parties.

During event planning period, you will have allocated people to be responsible for different aspects of the planning and running of your event.

Distribute a list of people’s roles and contact numbers so they can communicate with each other and understand who is responsible for which element.
