Your Emergency Response Plan should have numerous response guides, which are summaries of actions that advise staff how to react to different scenarios in the event of an emergency.
Some of the response guides will also have a checklist that should be completed, as the staff member is making and communicating decisions.
The checklist will capture important information for the emergency services - including Police, Fire, Ambulance and SES.
