Our Supervisor leads a team responsible for the billing, receipting and collection of all revenue transactions for the City. This is a multi-faceted role with responsibilities for debt management, customer service, system analysis and reporting, and staff leadership.
You have substantial experience in billing, receipting and general ledger systems. Your experience also includes utilising a variety of software tools to develop reports and analyse data. You have a track record of recommending and implementing solutions, and of leading and developing teams to achieve their best.
