The Whittington Linking Learning Project is a funded project aiming to enhance children’s learning through establishing partnerships with early childhood services, primary schools, families and community services.
This is a maternity leave replacement appointment that will continue the development, coordination and implementation of the project for a period of 12 months. It provides a unique chance to work with a broad range of local community groups and our dynamic Family Services team in a joint commitment to reducing disadvantage and enhancing opportunities for children.
You will provide leadership to the project working group, support service providers in implementing community initiatives, and drive change practices to achieve better outcomes for children.
You have a sound understanding of early childhood development, including the challenges faced by vulnerable children and families. You have demonstrated experience in project management and developing collaborative working relationships with stakeholders. You have a track record for implementing effective change management practices and are innovative, creative, and inspire the cooperation and buy-in of others.
This is a temporary part-time position working approximately 45 hours per fortnight for 12 months.
