This position supports and enhances the parenting capacity of families with infants and toddlers.
You will work in partnership with families, colleagues and other service providers to undertake needs assessments and implement strategies to build the capability and knowledge of vulnerable families and contribute to the improved outcomes for children.
You have a background of delivering intensive support services to families with complex needs, and an ability to assess the developmental needs of infants and children. You are empathetic, non-judgemental and approachable, and have the skill, knowledge and expertise to engage with families with a diverse range of needs and capacity.
This is a temporary full-time maternity leave position for approximately 12 months.
