The Coordinator plays a strategic and critical role in our Aged and Disability Services Department, providing leadership, guidance and support to our large Care Services team.
With overall responsibility of 350 employees, the Coordinator ensures our provision of home care, home support, aged care, and client assessment services is high quality, professional, cost effective, and in accordance with service agreements.
You have considerable experience in aged or disability care service provision and high level knowledge of relevant government programs and legislation. Your experience includes developing policies, strategies and business cases to support the planning and delivery of care services. You are an agile operator who is ready to respond to the transformational change within the care industry. As a leader, you are collaborative and supportive, with a passion for quality and efficient service delivery.
This is temporary position for 4 years.
