Hearth Support Services

Hearths home and community support services include:

  • assistance with daily living
  • personal care assistance
  • complex medical assistance
  • companionship
  • independent living – meal preparation, light domestic duties, travel training
  • manual handling – mobility assistance, aids & equipment use
  • community engagement.

Every participant, client and support worker has a personal, dedicated single point of contact, within Hearth which we call a Relationship Manager at no cost to the participant.

Cost: The prices for all of Hearth’s services and supports in the NDIS are in line with the latest NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Eligibility: Hearth supports NDIS participants or you can pay for Hearth Services privately if you are not eligible for the NDIS or wish to purchase additional service hours.
