- Tailored in home pet care and animal health management for elderly and disabled people living independently in our community. We are experts in Pets and Healthy Aging, and develop specific pet care plans for this sector.
- In home Veterinary GP service - providing annual health checks, vaccination, tailored preventative animal health plans, arthritis and pain management, minor ailments and non-urgent cases
- End of pet life support, home hospice pet care and compassionate home euthanasia
- Professional veterinary case management of companion pets and emergency care plans and coordination
- Access to the additional support and services of our charity partner, Cherished Pets Foundation, for eligible people residing on the Bellarine.
