Friends Of Elcho Park Inc (FOEP) is a joint venture between Corio and Moorabool Pony Club, and Westcoast Adult Riding Club to enhance and encourage the use of the Elcho park Equestrian Centre for horse related activities.
FOEP was created in 2008 to manage construction of the new clubroom facility for the two resident clubs and to manage the ground improvements and usage.
The FOEP committee consists of an equal representation from both resident clubs and a presiding Chairperson.
