Sensei Craig brings over 40 years of practice and teaching experience to his students offering a traditional Japanese approach to martial arts gained through strong links with Japan – Sensei Craig has attained all Dan gradings in Japan.
Aikido - Senior Classes 13 years +
Classes offer a unique opportunity to learn the art of Ki the essence of the spiritual path or Budo. Students learn Boken (traditional Japanese Sword) and Jo (4 foot Stick), as well as “street-wise” aikido.
Classes offer fitness, fun and self-defense and run during school terms.
New students are welcome to join at any time during the term.
