Conservation Volunteers Australia

Conservation Volunteers Australia involve the community in practical conservation projects in urban, regional and remote Australia. Volunteering with us around Geelong is a great way to learn about local environmental conservation, as well as make new friends, learn new skills, and see new places!

You can help us with removing invasive weeds, tree planting, mulching, fencing, seed collection, environmental surveys, erosion control or walking track construction/maintenance. It changes every day!

No prior knowledge or experience is needed; we will teach you everything you need to know and provide all equipment.

Short term positions are available, as well as ongoing opportunities - volunteers can join us weekly, monthly or yearly depending on their commitment.

We provide transport from South Geelong to all our project sites, or if you live local you can meet on-site by prior arrangement.
