Barwon Community Legal Service

Barwon Community Legal Service provides free independent legal advice, education and support to people who live in the Geelong/Barwon area including the City of Greater Geelong and the Queenscliff, Surf Coast, Colac Otway and Golden Plains Shires.

We can assist with:

  • Child Support
  • Family Violence Intervention Orders
  • Elder Law
  • Tenancy
  • Social Work

The service also undertakes community legal education and law reform activities.

Services are also available in Corio, Norlane, Corio and Warnambool.

Ongoing casework may at times be limited, with preference normally given to those who cannot afford a private solicitor and do not qualify for assistance from Legal Aid.
