Belmont Croquet Club provide facilities and a social environment to play mallet sports including Association, Golf and Ricochet Croquet.

Welcome newcomers!  Surprise yourself with your expert eye and untapped skill, playing croquet in the fresh air and sunshine!  Just wear comfortable outdoor clothes and flat-soled shoes.

Cost: Free services are provided to the community.
Visitors, who are interested in learning and/or playing croquet as a social pastime or competitive tournaments are welcome for 5 complimentary visits with 3 of those visits guided by the club's Coach. Your visit also includes the complimentary use of the sports equipment for a limited period and morning tea.
Eligibility: Everybody from 10 years old is most welcome to try the game at our club - just wear appropriate outdoor weatherproof clothing with flat-soled shoes.

Additional information: The Belmont Croquet Club started its life in 1906 as part of the Belmont Recreation Club consisting of Lawn Bowls, Tennis and Croquet located on the banks of the Barwon Rivier. Due to upgrade of roadworks 1985, it was necessary to relocate where croquet is now situated in Francis Reserve, Belmont. This rich history created the foundation for a successful sports club, which continues to this day, promoting the awareness and joy of playing all types of croquet.
