Little Athletics for Children aged from under 6 to under 16.
Little Athletics promotes participation and self-improvement - being your best - and offers a wide range of activities which ensures there is something for everyone. Athletes will enjoy learning new skills, the excitement of competition and making new friends.
Little Athletics is a full season sport with a Summer Season running from October to March which features running including:
- sprints hurdles and long distance
- long jump
- discus and
- shot put
for all age groups.
Older age groups also get to compete in walks, javelin, triple jump and high jump.
Winter Season included Cross Country which runs from May to August.
In both Summer and Winter Season Athletes from Under 9 get the ability to compete in various Region and State competitions
