The Community Child Health Enhanced Home Visiting Service
is a community-based home visiting Maternal and Child Health Program working
with families across the Geelong area.
This service is staffed by
experienced Maternal and Child Health nurses and early parenting educators.
The program includes routine infant health and developmental screening, health
promotion and aims to enhance family functioning, parenting and life skills of
vulnerable families.
