Please complete the form below to request a booking of a community hall or hub within the City of Greater Geelong.
This form will enable you to request multiple bookings and dates (see instructions below).
All bookings will require a current public liability insurance policy.
- For major events at the Geelong West Town Hall or Centenary Hall, we require two weeks notice prior to the event.
- For all other events and locations, we require one week.
- Under normal circumstances, our venues should be available for hire - if your preferred venue is not available on the date/s you request, we will contact you to discuss your options.
