The Mayor declared the meeting open at 7:05pm.

Acknowledgements

The Mayor acknowledged that we are here today on the land of the Wathaurong People and we pay our respects to Aboriginal elders past and present.

Confirmation of Minutes

Cr Macdonald moved, Cr E Kontelj seconded -

That the Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting held on 25 September 2012 be confirmed and signed.

Carried.

Declaration of Conflicts of Interest

Cr Mitchell declared an Indirect Interest by a Conflicting Duty in Notice of Motion, Committee for Geelong Membership, in that he is a Mayoral candidate.
