Creative Commissions Program

This grant supports established, professional artists and creatives to deliver a large-scale project within the City of Greater of Geelong. It empowers them to deliver inspiring new works that push the boundaries of traditional artistic expression.

Who can apply?

  • Applicants who reside or operate in Australin and deliver the proposed project or activity within the City of Greater Geelong’s municipal boundaries
  • Not-for-profits - incorporated bodies, co-operatives or associations
  • Registered charitable organisations – refer to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission
  • Unincorporated bodies with an auspice
  • For-profits - commercial entities, businesses
  • Individual/Sole Traders (entity type with Australian Business Register)

What can you apply for?

Projects including music, dance, visual arts, fashion, writing/literature, performing arts, design, film/video, gaming and digital media.

How much can you apply for?

There is a total grant pool of $60,000 available.

Applicants may ask for up to $20,000.

You can only submit one application for this grant per financial year.

  • Don't forget to hit the submit button.

We recommend you click Save Progress every 10 to 15 minutes when you are filling out a form.
